I visited this shop today, got there at 9:30 this morning to get school shoes for my daughters. 3 members of staff behind the counter greeted us and really welcomed us as we walked through the doors. It really made me feel great and even my 2 daughters giggled with happiness. Worked in retail for 30+ years and always think of good customer service. Service like this is so lovely, even when I was paying at the counter they were so lovely. I often shop in here and never had a bad experience.

Excellent store plenty of choice especially for children went for grandson slippers came out with 3 pairs of trainers also.very helpful staff.

Friendly staff,didn't have what I wanted but do have a very big selection.

Clarks Shop is my go-to place for buying shoes, thanks to their amazing staff who always go above and beyond. The team is incredibly helpful, ensuring you find exactly what you need. The quality and durability of their items are outstanding. Recently, we visited to buy school shoes for my niece and ended up getting shoes for work and holidays as well, thanks to their great sales. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch service and high-quality footwear!

Went in to get my feet measured. I didn't catch the name of the staff member that helped to measure my feet but they were very lovely and happy to help. Turns out my feet have gone up a size. I then looked for some boots I could wear for work. I found some boots and Callum went to find the right size (and again when I wasn't sure about the fit!). Bought the shoes and was able to get a discount due to my work. Very happy with my experience and all staff were very lovely!

Came to get my son’s feet measured on 15th August after another store had told me the wrong size! The guy who measured was super helpful and made sure the new shoes fit great. I swapped the old size with the new ones. This was such a quick process. So happy with this store thank you!

The staff are always happy to help here, especially young Olivia behind the till£ She always goes out of her way, and for any questions or assistance you may need, she will look after you and make sure your Querys are taken care of...So il always Return here and Highly Recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool to head to this Footasylum for a pleasant shopping experience. 5 stars out of 5 from me!

Good shop with good prices. Max on apparel who served me was so polite and friendly and really made my day. I’d noticed another customer had been rather rude to him but he was very professional and didn’t let it stop him carrying on with a smile. Wonderful staff who always do a great job!

Very enjoyable experience .I'm profoundly deaf but still enjoyed the banging tunes over the speakers .it's very hypnotic.
