Darren at Aintree was brilliant! He couldn’t have been more helpful. Found us a perfect bed to suit our taste and suitable mattress for our individual needs. Best customer service we have received in retail in a while. Friendly, welcoming and approachable. Also made us feel comfortable and at ease when deciding on a couch for our new home. Can’t thank him enough for his time and efforts.

Purchased living room furniture three/two seater couch. Excellent service from sales staff to delivery men. Not pressured when walking around shop but readily available with advice when required. The delivery men were friendly polite and expert in their profession. Delighted in our furniture.

Have just dealt with Jamie Mc in the Aintree branch who was very friendly & knowledgeable & gave us lots of advice without any pressure. The options were clearly explained & we left the branch feeling really happy about our purchase.

I came in with my mum for a bed & sofa and left with 2 side tables, 2 tables, 3 piece sofa set and a bed with a mattress!! Had the most excellent customer service from Georgina and John! They both went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed and the most suitable furniture for our home!! They didn’t have a third piece of the sofa set we wanted and John went out of his way to find one for us. Definitely will pop in again for some high quality furniture and customer service!! Recommended it to family and friends as well.

It was worth a visit, went to have a look around for a new sofa and chair, no hard selling from the lady in the shop we were left to browse around the wife did not find anything she fancy we were about to leave when the lady suggested we have a look at other sofa following a conversation with the lady the wife was happy and we bought a two and a one reclining seater, it was delivered and assembled on Monday by two nice gentlemen who took the old 3 piece suit away. thank you.

We had a fantastic experience in store. Diane was absolutely amazing. Are intention was to start there then go along the various stores. Well we didn't need to go anywhere else. My daughter got her couch, table and chairs all delivered the next day. Amazing and can't thank di enough. Thank you.

Superb customer service, have completed several home makeovers with a variety of fabrics all of which are of high quality and recommended by other upholsterers. Will most definitely be purchasing from Grange & Woodhouse again. The store manager was most helpful, enthusiastic and sourced exactly what I wanted!! No problem with additional carriage charges as fabric sold was much less expensive than other stockists !! Most satisfied with shop service & after sales support !! Will be purchasing additional cushion fabric soon!
