Fantastic purchase from start to finish. We were taken through the sales process by a young man named Michael who couldn't have been more helpful, he was very professional whilst also friendly and answered any questions promptly. Thank you Michael for an excellent car buying experience you are a credit to your company.

We bought a second hand car at another Lookers branch but one of the remotes didn't work. As instructed I contacted Lookers Renault and after explaining the situation an appointment was made so a courtesy car would be supplied. The programming of the remote was done quicker than I expected. I received friendly and prompt service from the staff.

Fantastic service from Lookers once again. Just bought my 10th car from them, picked it up today and wouldn't go anywhere else. Looked after from start to finish by Anthony Henderson who is a massive asset to the company. Thank you for a seamless, professional and friendly service.

Really great experience. It can be daunting going into a showroom on your own as a woman - there can be a fear of being patronized or not taken seriously. But from start to finish I had a really positive experience. Great communication, reliable, straightforward and helpful, down to earth support from Paul D and the team.

The dealership were very attentive and professional throughout the process. I was led through every step and made sure I was aware of the next steps and time frames. The vehicle was delivered at a time to suit me and there were no surprises along the way.

Great service, salesman was very helpful, no pressure and kept me well informed through the process.
