Absolutely amazing people in this store from the second I walked in to getting my sofa delivered today they are so nice and polite making sure everything is ok the delivery guys were so polite as well, I'm absolutely in love with my new sofa they make the payments affordable too which is perfect the quality of the sofa is amazing, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone because the quality of the stuff is brilliant I will be back just want to say Charlene is class making sure I was ok from the start.

Excellent customer service, delivered on time as promised. The quality of our canvases is very good and we’ll definitely be ordering from them again. We even received a phone call the day after from the team to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent service, staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend and a massive thank you to Darren for assembling the items. Bed is good quality and comfortable, will be buying from here again.

The service from the BoConcept team from delivery to post-sales care was outstanding and we are delighted with our purchases.

James was absolutely brilliant! He introduced himself as I was looking round the furniture and gave me the hugely helpful advice and information that I needed, and which ultimately guided my choice of furniture, fabrics and accessories. I came away feeling relaxed about the multiple purchases I made and excited about my furniture arriving. A totally excellent experience. Thank you James and BoConcept Newcastle.

Visited this morning for new sofas and was very impressed with the selection that was on offer. Spoke to Ali who was very helpful! Didn’t give us the hard sell or anything just straight to the point and helped us with our decision. My current sofa was on the verge of collapsing so Ali went above and beyond and squeezed us in for same day delivery. Will definitely be back in the future for furniture. Very impressed with the price and quality of our new furniture. Delivery men were also very helpful. One very happy customer here!

We had some bedroom furniture delivered today. We had chosen it from the catalogue and it was so much nicer when we saw it properly. Really good quality. The 2 delivery guys were great. Rang beforehand to say they were on their way. They were polite, friendly and professional and took great care not to damage the walls on the way up the stairs. Very pleased with the Company and would definitely recommend them.

New sofa's delivered today and what can I say but amazing the guys were amazing even after having a breakdown still managed to deliver. Getting the sofa's in for us and sorting them out very hardworking and quick getting them in and setting up. Even with the tight squeeze from the doors they had all the tricks. We love our new sofa's so thank you very much.
