I had a ring in mind that I wanted made. Safe to say, Tom went above and beyond to make this ring special it’s even more beautiful than I could ever imagine. And pictures don’t give it justification at all. Black and white diamonds with a rose gold band. Thank you so much. The lady I seen today when I picked the ring up talked me through insurance and made sure I was happy with the ring. Fabulous customer service all round highly recommended.

We have used old Eldon jewellers many times in the past for bespoke rings and resizing of rings/bracelets. Service and quality of work has always been impeccable. Special thank you to Tony who served us today and was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable in advising us on how best to fix a damaged bracelet clasp. We wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else anymore. Thank you.

I always get amazing service from all the guys and girls! Had my ring resized and it looks all sparkling again. Highly recommend these guys. Ps this was designed and made by them years ago now but I still love it so unique.

Wow! I don’t think I can put into words and express enough, how fantastic our Rox experience was! These guys really have the customer experience nailed. Loren was our assistant and she was incredible to deal with. Her delivery and customer service was second to none! We walked away, very happy customers Thank you Loren.

Visited rox diamonds and thrills today ordered new engagement and wedding rings had the best customer service ever from lyndsey and helen. Nothing was to much trouble lovely store and lovely girls. Cant wait to pick up my new rings.

As always, our experience at Rox was excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable; they always make you feel welcome. The stores are extremely well-designed and the upstairs champagne bar in the Newcastle store sets it above its peers. Shopping at Rox is always something to look forward to. We have made a number of purchases in the past and will certainly make more.

We visited the Newcastle store today for my little gi to get her ears pierced, Wendy really looked after us, the service she provided was outstanding. I never feel that anyone lives up to my standards of customer service these days Wendy exceeded them, we’ll be back soon for some lovely earrings thank you, you made my daughters day.
