We were recommended by a friend to try Newcastle beds and weren’t disappointed. We needed 3 beds for our new home and received a first class service from start to finish. No hard sell just honest advice. We purchased a king,double and single bed and mattress. We could pick size,colour,material and any style we wanted as all beds are bespoke to your personal needs. The beds arrived when promised and fitted by their team without any problems. All for the same price of other major retailers, but you have a bed that you chose for your needs and taste BESPOKE. Paul and Russ were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect mattress. We were trying to find a firm mattress and spent a lot of time in the shop trying their wide range and selection of mattresses. We love the mattress we finally got, well within our budget, and they even gave us a free ride home in their car! Highly recommend this place.

I have bought three beds from this shop all good quality and comfortable. The service was professional and not pushy. Helpful delivery staff dismantled and took away old bed and good price. Being disabled I was so pleased with their service. Highly recommend

Diane explained the different types of mattresses in detail as I was initially unsure on which to go for! I was able to test different mattresses whilst being guided with Diane’s expertise. Thank you for your support and making my visit stress free.

It was a pleasure going into the Dreams store at the Royal keys. Diane served us and she was extremely helpful, she helped us to try the machine which explains the correct mattress to suit our body and helped us try several mattresses which will suit I felt really comfortable the whole time I was in the store she also offered us a drink. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.

Diane was friendly and knowledgeable without being overpowering, this allowed me to try the beds recommended by Sleep match. I did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase which made a nice change. Thank you for a stress free experience.
