Snows of Plymouth have been a real pleasure to deal with. Chase Graham was personable and friendly without any pressure to proceed and discussed all the options available. Very pleased with the service given and, of course, our new vehicle which was actually delivered ahead of time. Unfortunately the weather on handover day was truly dreadful; it would have been nice to have a longer time to go through all the controls but we are reading the manual and getting to grips with it all.

Absolutely top service from Chase Graham. Very welcoming,informative and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was explained re the vehicle and its features and functions. I was kept upto speed with everything that was going on and would highly recommend Chase to anybody. An asset to your company. I would never go anywhere else for a motor.

Another member of staff (I'm sorry forgot name of him) to start process until Josh (Sales staff) was available to continue with my purchase. Great service from all.

I bought my new car from Mercedes Benz Plymouth branch, staff is very friendly, Sales agent Josh Symons helped me from begin to the end , very professional and helpful, right man on the right place, answered all my questions, very recommended.
