I brought a Brompton in the January sale. John was patient when it came to the difficult decision on what size to buy! In the end I opted for the medium handle bars and medium seat post. I’m 5’11’. I must have cycled round the shop 100 times on each size of bike! It was a big decision. Since January I have cycled 100’s of miles on the Brompton and it is brilliant! Thanks Evans Plymouth!

Absolutely brilliant service! I saw a bike on sale online on there website and to my surprise they had it further reduced in-store. I collected the bike a few days ago and I've ridden a good 40 miles since then and the bikes still as good as new . I'm very very happy with the bike I can't thank them enough I would highly recommend this store!

It's a different dynamic in a cycle shop...as opposed to other retail outlets. It's a real change to get an honest smile from someone behind a counter and a genuine shot of enthusiasm. Well done Evans Cycles.

We had exceptional service from this shop . The front Hub motor of wife’s EBCO electric bike was occasionally failing to provide power . Kit with help from the tech guy at Ebco ascertained that the fault lay within the hub motor housing which needed a replacement motor body which contained a ratchet which had failed. They obtained the part from Ebco , refitted the original motor back into the new body , rebuilt the wheel , serviced the bike all for £ 165 . Sorted . Thank you BIke Cellar.

Fantastic service & very friendly staff! Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and very willing to answer all my questions. Great selection of brands and models at very competitive prices. Clean and professional. I’ll definitely using these guys for all my biking & servicing needs. I can’t recommend them enough.

I rode my old bike into the ground and it was time to purchase a new one. The guys at Red Brick Cycles were excellent. They listened to my requirements and advised accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble, no pressure sales, just good honest customer service. New bike was ordered and ready to collect in just a couple of days, perfect. A thorough run through was carried out on how things worked. Final tweaks and adjustments made to align with my height and reach etc, and off I rode. What more could you ask for. Thank you gents, excellent service.

Had a cable failure on Bank Holiday Saturday with a plan to do a sixty miler on Sunday. Appeared without an appointment at 2pm, bike repaired by 4:30pm! Superb service, friendly, welcoming and very professional. Completed the 50 miler on Sunday without a hitch m; thank you gents, just superb.

A very fine bike shop! I broke a saddle rail while on tour and Phil went above and beyond to find me a replacement. Highly recommended.
