It was really a great experience shopping at Bensons for Beds. Steve who assisted us in finding the right mattresses and pillows for us was very friendly and professional. There were a huge variety of mattresses for us to try and we found our perfect one! We went into the shop knowing what we wanted but the bed was discontinued so Steve was very patient in letting us try out different mattresses that was similar and guided us very well throughout the entire process and we would highly recommend Bensons for Beds! We are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattresses in a couple weeks time.

Always bought my bed and mattresses from here. Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. No big sales push. They just give you solid advice and let you decide. I always compare them with other offers but I always choose Bensons due to product quality, ease of communication and best price.

Fantastic shop! Friendly knowledgeable staff that don’t pressure, but give you time and space to try out mattresses at your leisure. Great amount of choice, beds and mattresses for every budget, fast friendly delivery too.

Great experience today. We were looked after from the start, Mominah, was really attentive without being pushy for a sale. She talked us through the Dreams scanner machine then patiently showed us mattresses that suited our needs. Momina was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and answered all our questions she was very polite and professional. We purchased a new mattress and bed frame, the delivery date is next week, I thought there would be much more of a wait. Very happy customers, thank you.

Just purchased a memory foam mattress, which was in the sale.I was delighted with my purchase and the wonderful advice and understanding shown by the salesperson regarding my budget. Recent bought a hybrid foam mattress for myself and then 2 double divans and new mattresses for my kids. So impressed with Brian and all staff really - very knowledgeable about products and the ranges available. Very friendly, efficient and helpful but never pushy. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we needed to amend our order. A very positive experience, highly recommend. (Delivery guys were very good also)too.

Visited The Perfect Sleep for the first time with the aim to purchase a new divan bed & mattress. We were greeted by Brian, the assistant manager, who showed us the beds & mattresses, which met our criteria. Brian was professional, knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. We finally purchased a bed & mattress from The Perfect Sleep. Great all-round experience. Would highly recommend.
