Ordered some pet food in store yesterday, for next day delivery but it went to the store instead. I rang up today and spoke to Katie who was very helpful and rearranged delivery to my home for tomorrow. Lovely staff member, well done katie.

Ordered Online, Once Confirmation Came Through to Collect, It Was Really Easy to Do. on Arrival at Store, I Went to Tils, Spoke to A Really Lovely Lady Who Called a Colleague with Paperwork, Signed for And Away I Went. if Help Is Needed They Will Help You..Just Ask. the Store Is Clean Which Is a Big Thing for Me. Will 100% Use Again.

Really Lovely Staff. Great Selection. Nicer than Going in The Bigger Chain. Will Be Going Here in Future. Staff Also Helped Me to My Car as I Had a Baby in My Arms. Very Good.

I honestly love to come here with my dad,everyone is so friendly! i even love that they stay in contact and will answer all questions you have. my hamster and cockatiel love their new homes and have settled amazingly. i aspire to work with animals/in a pet shop when i am older and i love all the info i get here.

Visited to get advice on keeping a chameleon as a pet. The staff was so knowledgeable and could not do enough to help. Ended up buying two with confidence and assurance that help was only a call away if needed.

Friendly Staff, Great selection of everything... I buy for the hedgehogs here, as its hard to get their food elsewhere. Also, massive free car park.
