I recently purchased my new car through a sourcing company who helped to arrange finance. Very straight forward process which all was handled by Mohammed. Arranged collection within a few days after payment was received. At the showroom the handover was done by Olivia, who was very chatty and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She also arranged a car reveal in its own room which was a nice little touch. Please pass on my thanks to Olivia.

Recently purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz Stockport. Amazing customer service. David Heaney was very attentive. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them every time. He made sure I was happy with the product and kept me updated both before picking up the car and after driving home with it. I would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz Stockport to friends and family. Overall excellent service.

I was booked in for an MOT and recall on Monday 30th Sept and it could not have gone any smoother. I was checked in by a very smartly dressed and professional young lady called Freya who took my vehicle reg and immediately found my details. She showed me to a reserved area as I was waiting whilst the work was done. Seamless service, fast and efficient.

Just Collected my car from Kia in Stockport, I don’t have a Kia & haven’t ever used Kia’s services for anything before, but the insurance company I am with, had allocated my alloy wheel repair to lookers Kia in Stockport. I booked the repair in about 4 weeks ago with Josh Chadwick from the body shop. The communication I have received from Josh both before, during and after the repair has been excellent. I cannot recommend them enough. My alloy wheels are now gleaming again and I am very very happy with the customer service received. Thanks again Josh.
