We popped in to Maggies, this morning, to purchase a new collar and harness for Max, our rescue Black Lab/Cross. We met with Alison, and through lengthy conversaions, her knowledge in rescues, we found most valuable. We took on board, and picked up plenty of tips and guidance. An excellent pet shop catering mainly for dogs, but does have other pet supplies. Knowledgeable owner and staff. Execellent at harness fittingband trying on as well as advice. Good prices.

Lovely shop went in yesterday to get advice on support harnesses for my dog they didn't have any but the advice and knowledge the owner had was mind blowing.

I recently lost my dogs bandana. It was a gift bought from your Ripon Branch. I contacted Ripon Branch to see if it could be replaced. Cutting a long Story short, the staff at Ripon, Harrogate, Shelly and especially Emma at your Marple store went above and beyond in finding an exact replacement for me. Would someone please pass my comments on to senior management that the staff at these stores are a credit to your organisation? Extremely helpful and friendly. In the modern world when so many organisations seem to have the ethos of "how soon can we drop it" instead of "how far can we take it' for the customer, the staff really are a credit to your business
