I have been using G W Autos for the last 20 years and from the early days of Gary and Dianne to Mike and Jo the service, honesty and value has been impeccable. We recently had the first MOT done on our car through the dealership as it was in for a warranty repair and they failed it for a seat belt buckle. We were told that someone had spent a lot of time trying to fix it but it couldn’t be done, so we were quoted £250 for the repair. I spoke to Mike who asked me to bring the car down and he was confident he would sort it in less than 5 minutes. My wife took the car down and said it was sorted in less than a minute with no charge, he even buckled every belt in to make sure they wouldn’t try it on when we took it back for the re test. If you value and good service don’t go anywhere else.

Completed a full service on my 2012 Mercedes B200. Some extra work needed carried out so they called and I gave the go ahead; prices were clearly discussed throughout the process. They also gave me a list of things to keep an eye on that weren't essential repairs. I'll be using this garage again and I'd recommend them to anyone.

They did the job very well, towed my car, replaced the starter, plus a full service. Highly recommended, surely used it again. Thank you guys.

What an incredibly, wonderful garage! My van steamed up on the M6 tonight, I managed to limp to Broadway Auto Repairs. They were so lovely and kind to me. They fitted me in immediately and sent me safely off on my journey with a top up of radiator fluid and some emergency rad-weld which got me safely home. They are my heroes. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
