Touched base with Steve and he paid us a visit the same day. We had an issue with the lock on our apartment front door. He quickly established the issue was with the barrel. As he keeps an extensive selection of parts in his van, he was able to resolve the issue promptly. We were happy with the price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve's services.

Arrived quickly, explained the issue Steve had all the equipment and fittings he needed lock replaced & door altered. Perfect service 5 star!!! Definitely a number worth keeping

Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. Simon promptly replied to my initial enquiry and quoted a fair price. However, the service really excelled in the turnaround time. As I needed the item personalised quickly for a gift, he said he would have it done by the next day, but actually ended up getting it done the same day as my enquiry! Very helpful, and the laser engraving came out great - exactly as imagined in my order.

We're based in Dumfries and after struggling to get a local key repair guy to even pick up his phone we called Simon to see if they could help. We had never used KeyiShoes before but had received their details through a sales call some moths prior.

Simon made me a remote spare key for my car. He was very pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend.
