Paul was excellent, he came out the same day I asked for a quote and the following week did my lounge and stairs and landing carpets. They look like new carpets now! I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Phoned Paul Monday afternoon and he came today to clean living/dining room carpet and settee and recliner. Wasn’t expecting items to be saved if I’m honest. I was pleasantly surprised to see the results. One arm of the settee was severely tested over the years and it’s now been stored to look nearly new. A great transformation indeed. Carpet came up amazingly well also. Very professional job indeed. Kept me informed as he went on. Very friendly as well. Never met Paul before but I soon felt if I’d know him for years.
