Absolutely outstanding service - my ancient laptop died in the middle of a project & I was desperate for a PC that could run After Effects... popped into the shop, gave them a budget and they put together parts that suited my needs, taking my budget into account. Only took a few days to get the PC built and it runs like a dream. Super quiet, no trouble rendering complex video files or playing games on the highest display settings. If you're looking for a new PC and not sure what you need this place is perfect! Owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more

CPU Overheating dramatically took to Paul and his Team for a service. Temperatures now 35C lower under load and running and looking like new. Probably saved me a fortune in the fact i was about to just upgrade the PC until i spoke to Paul and the team.

Contacted the shop last week for a new graphics card. Great advice and quick service. Very friendly on collection even taking time to show me how to fit as I wanted to do this myself and wasn’t sure how.

Had a great experience buying a gaming PC from Paul in store. They have a variety of templates for gaming PC builds and are more than happy to adjust the build to your requirements. From ordering the PC to pick up only took 2 days and was tested prior to collection. Paul was very responsive to any queries throughout and would definitely recommend if you're in the market for a gaming PC.

Gareth was quick to respond to my message of whether he could improve the performance of my laptop. He quickly diagnosed it was due to an old hard drive. He picked it up the next morning and returned it the following day and my laptop has never been so quick! All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Gareth Ellis of PC FIXER Cumbria is my go2 guy whenever I am having computer or Internet problems. He is fast, efficient and 100% reliable. He has helped me out several times and I have no hesitation in recommending him if you are in bother with your computer(s ).

I had trouble with my computer, and Gareth came out very quickly, now been sorted and at a very reasonable price. Gareth is a very friendly, polite man. If ever I have trouble again I will not hesitate in calling him.

Had a panic when my laptop wouldn’t turn on, so rang your carlisle computer store & hot footed it straight there for them to have a look at. After a quick check they realised it was a faulty battery that was stopping it from powering up. Excellent customer service & a very quick diagnosis. This is the sort of service most places can only dream about & I can only say that I am very happy for the quick fix. Well done guys.

These guys are amazing got my son a gaming pc for Christmas, the doughnut I am didn’t realise it didn’t have WiFi messaged them through Facebook. One of the lads went down to the comptuer shop and brought me what I needed on Christmas Day. Can’t thank them enough made my special wee mans Christmas. Thanks guys
