I had to get a new screen for my phone through insurance and chose Pocket Geek to repair. It took just 2 days from me reporting it as broken and that is with them ordering the screen and booking me in! So happy with the service and couldn't recommend them more. Thank you Matt for the excellent service today.

What a nice genuine guy. Had an issue with my IPhone 11 Pro not charging correctly. Went into the shop and he pulled a lot of fluff out and it works perfect. He didn’t want to charge me, which says it all really. Would definitely recommend this place. 5 star.

I took my phone in as I had a problem with it and left it with them. They tried to fix it but said before paying anything out to try a new sim card which I did but this didn't work. Took it back again and they discovered it was just the phone app so they downloaded me another one and problem solved. Really helpful staff and highly recommended.

I pooped in on the off chance they could repair my phone as purely the on/off switch was playing up. I found them very friendly and helpful, no attempt to up-sell and a replacement switch replaced, whereas I had resigned myself to buying a new one a circa £500. I can't recommend enough.

Amazingly helpful when my phone went through washing machine. Tried to fix it then when impossible got me new phone and reset everything.

Excellent service. I had three problems and they dealt with them all successfully. Can't recommend them enough
