I had a problem with a window lock which would not unlock. I rang Alan, he said he would be with me in half an hour, he arrived sooner than that, Alan quickly had the window open & fitted a new handle.
Alan delivers great service, from his prompt arrival, to explaining the problem & how it can be fixed, to carrying out the work. Alan is a very pleasant person to deal with & I definitely recommend him.

Alan came to fix the lock on my front door. He advised that the gearbox was worn and needed to be replaced. Alan carried out this work quickly and efficiently and also fitted a thumb turn to the door during his visit. Alan took the time to explain what was causing the issues experienced with the lock and showed me the parts that would be replaced.
