I've been using Well Polished for about six months now. Oana cleans our house once a week, for three hours each time. She turns up, is on time, is polite, friendly, professional and also a cleans really well. I can be quite fussy over which parts of the house are cleaned, and how it's done but Oana does such a good job and is so nice when she comes here that I'm happy to flexible if she ever needed to be (with days/times etc). Prior to Oana, a few other cleaners from Well Polished had been here but their services weren't always reliable, and on those occasions, I did then communicate with Jade. Jade has always tried to 'fix' whatever issue had come up and when there were times another cleaner didn't turn up, Jade herself came and cleaned (also did an amazing clean!). Thank you to Jade and Oana.

I am very pleased with Well Polished. Jade was great and friendly. She made a last minute request and did the perfectly. The house was shiny and spotless and ready to hand over at the end of tenancy. The price is the best I found in the market. Really recommend the service.

We are very impressed with the house clean, the oven looked as good as new, the walls had been cleaned, bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate.
