Fantastic service and speedy repair - was quoted for battery change on my iPhone and true to their word only took 25 mins to complete. Completely trustworthy staff and no hidden charges….. thanks to the staff who when rang on a Saturday - said come on down we can do it straight away……. Will be Using this shop again for sure….. use this shop as your first choice - give them a ring.

Icrack customer service is superb, I called ahead and told them I really needed their help with my phone, it was late In the day and they stayed past closing time to help me. They were extremely helpful and kind, great service and great prices.

Brilliant service. My cracked iPhone 15 is back to new again. Really trustworthy and great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic phone repair shop, by far the best one in Worcester. Don’t go anywhere else! Amazing service and the highest quality and no I didn’t get paid to write this… I took my phone back today as the screen protector showed a slight bubble… it was replaced completely free of charge… what can I say.

I went into fone revive as my phone wouldn’t switch on. Within an hour they had changed my screen, fixed the problem and gave me a new screen protector. I will definitely come again if I have any more problems. A quick and efficient service.

Jeet was fantastic. I walked in without an appointment and he fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes. They also have a great range of phone accessories and electronics for good prices. Only place I will go from now on. Totally recommend!!

Third time of visiting. Just had third iPhone and one iPad battery replaced. Absolutely brilliant. Does not require pass code or data wiped or anything, so all perfectly secure. New battery fitted in less than an hour, while doing a bit of shopping or grabbing a coffee. Super low prices vary a bit by model. Now have a 8 year old iPad back in perfect working order to give to my grandson.

Been going to phone plus now for many years and very good friends with the staff that work here always very helpful and sort the problem out in no time they always are able to bring my phone back from the dead to looking brand new again would highly recommend using phone plus to get your phone repaired very happy customer and will always be my first call
