I have suffered chronic SI dysfunction for 18 years & have seen many different chiropractors & physiotherapists over the years. Each helped with realignment/rebalance and pain reduction but never seemed to maintain long term adjustment. With help of daily stability exercises recently introduced by a Biokinetics I have been relatively stable and pain free but with limited SI mobility. Introduce Leigh & Spine Fine in Feb 24. After following Leighs treatment plan I can honestly say that that enduring immobility of a fairly critical & complicated joint is now something of the past as well as anti-inflammatory & pain relieving meds! I can cycle further with more ease, long distance frequent walking is an absolute joy. Sleep has improved and general daily well being never been better. Plus I know Leigh is there for me if I do overdo my cycles/walks and will get me back on track. His treatment has been the icing on my cake of a very long journey to recovery. Best move I ever made making that call to Spine Fine. KM

Staff are very professional and know what they are doing ! A very friendly practce ! The Chiropractors show empathy and understanding! They also have a text reminder service to check whether you need your appointment! Great service.

Peter was friendly and is very knowledgeable. He put me at ease and he talked me through everything that he was doing. Receptionist is lovely too and was very helpful finding appointments for me.

I have been seeing Laura for years, her treatments are so effective and her background knowledge and vast experience means she gets to root of the problem. As a massage therapist with a physically demanding job she keeps me going and I recommended her to all my clients highly recommended.

Laura is always professional and very knowledgeable in her field . I always feel like a new woman after seeing her, as I have multiple conditions meaning I need to regularly see her.
