3 Best Chiropractors in Carmarthenshire, UK

I have suffered chronic SI dysfunction for 18 years & have seen many different chiropractors & physiotherapists over the years. Each helped with realignment/rebalance and pain reduction but never seemed to maintain long term adjustment. With help of daily stability exercises recently introduced by a Biokinetics I have been relatively stable and pain free but with limited SI mobility. Introduce Leigh & Spine Fine in Feb 24. After following Leighs treatment plan I can honestly say that that enduring immobility of a fairly critical & complicated joint is now something of the past as well as anti-inflammatory & pain relieving meds! I can cycle further with more ease, long distance frequent walking is an absolute joy. Sleep has improved and general daily well being never been better.
