I have many mental health issues. I started seeing Julie 10years, and she changed my whole depressive state in two sessions. One of my issues is chronic social phobia. She told me that next week I'd get to my session 100% alone. And I did. I joked with her that not doing what she asked, and letting her down, was more important and terrifying than anything that could happen catching the bus alone. Julie is so down to earth and open to talk to. As I said, I've been seeing Julie for 10years. That's not straight. I see her for several sessions as and when I'm struggling with something. She's just awesome, always gives me a boost and I don't know what I would've done with her this last decade. What a wonderful, compassionate, down to earth woman; Julie Gravelle.

I've been seeing Julie for counselling and hypnotherapy over the last 18 months. I'd been struggling with a long-term health issue, which had affected my mental health significantly. Julie has helped me come to terms with the life changing situation, navigate a rollercoaster recovery, rebuild my confidence and learn how to be kinder to myself... and so much more! Julie has such a warm, caring and friendly manner, but is the ultimate professional too. I cannot thank her enough for everything she does. Highly recommended.

I have been fortunate enough to have had several sessions with Julie, to say she has worked miracles is an understatement. She understands like no one else and has a whole wealth of knowledge and advice that works through deep routed issues (in my case). She is very kind and a calming influence and more importantly I trust her and feel safe to open up. Thank you for all you have done for me and continue to do.

Luisa is one of the sweetest, and loveliest counsellors you could ask for. She's absolutely amazing at what she does, she has helped me through some of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with/speak about, and I never would have been able to do it without her support! Very professional, and just an amazing person inside and out!! Couldn't recommend her enough.

Really happy with how my therapy journey had panned out. Louisa is such a lovely lady who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you speak to her over the phone right through to ending sessions. I couldn’t recommend someone more if you just need someone to chat to.

Have had 6 weeks of sessions with luisa she is absolutely fab and a great listener. Made me see things different and definitely helped me to be more positive highly recommend great service

It's nice to have the option to be confidential, and Damian really respects that, but I'm proud of every step I've taken with his support and it deserves to be mentioned. 7 months ago I started with Damian from a 'not so good' place, and it was a massive step and a challenging thing to do, but it has been the most beneficial and profound thing I've ever done with my life. I'm emotional today because I am in the best place I have ever been, and I've really invested in me. With his support, I have come to a place where fulfilment in life actually appears to be a real thing! I spent the day taking myself to lunch, and spent my evening on the water watching the sun set, and I'm now relaxing in my new space on the beach, happier than ever, strong and independant and truly happy in myself for the first time. I am 23, and this lovely man has played a massive massive part in that and I look forward all the growth to come. Invaluable service. Invaluable support. This man has the biggest heart in the world. So much gratitude to him.
