The vet is professional whilst also being warm and approachable. She takes my concerns about my dogs seriously. I always feel listened to when I take them there. The other staff are also always welcoming and remember my dogs and make a fuss of them. Great service.

Always a warm and friendly welcome in Haven Llanelli when I go there, the staff are fab always make a fuss of Boyo, the vets are always caring and thorough, would definitely recommend Haven Vets.

Amazing service at Alpha Vets. We are on holiday at Pembrey Country Park, with two of our dogs having had operations 10 days ago at our own vets in England. Alpha vets very kindly said they would remove the stitches and gave them a very thorough examination at the same time. One of our dogs is very nervy and the vet was brilliant with him, she got down on his level and was very calm. A perfect visit and should we ever need to use them again, we wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Thanks!!.

Lovely receptionist and got a non-emergency booking for the next day. Arrived on time and there was no wait. Lovely interaction with vet and I felt they took the time to listen and were understanding and not patronising. Left with a suitable solution and didn't feel ripped off. No one tried to sell me anything expensive either! I also liked the fact that there were clear prices on the products they were selling. Would recommend!.

I have been with Alpha for nearly 25 years and I have always felt at ease when I have taken my dog for whatever reason. Staff are friendly and the whole building is clean and tidy. A wonderful veterinary clinic.

Excellent service this morning we where not booked in but my little dog is known to this practice and he needed treatment for his epilepsy very friendly staff they couldn’t do enough for him. my only issue is not with the staff who are excellent but the prices are the highest around and they are increasing them again in July even with insurance there is a limit to what people can afford something really needs to be done about the prices it has even been reported on national tv about the excessive prices vets charge we all know the true cost of the medication , but besides all that the staff are lovely

My mom took my dog into the practice with vomiting and lethargy while I was on holiday. The vets and nurses were incredibly attentive to my pet's and family's needs with appropriate care and information. My dog was discharged after overnight care, feeling 100% better as well as being calm and relaxed. The nurse on discharge put my mom at ease with after care information and the whole practice really excelled during the whole situation.

The vetinary doctor was amazing, very knowledgeable with cats in particular and an offered a detailed breakdown of the medical situation.
