I’ve been seeing Laura at AJB Chiropractic for a few weeks now since hurting my back, and the difference seeing her only a handful of times is amazing. I can feel changes in my posture and understand that little adjustments in day to day life can make a massive difference to posture and prevention of injury. She it diligent and professional In her approach, while making me feel at ease every time. I’m genuinely excited to see the difference she will be able to make in the future

I have been attending chiropractor Aaron at AJB Chiropractor at Rake House Farm, North Shields for the past 4 weeks now and I can feel a vast improvement! I have suffered from acid reflux for at least 7 years and was or felt sick on a daily basis. I have never felt nauseous or been sick once since my first visit! Aches and pains are improving along with my posture after each session so money well spent! Staff are so friendly and Aaron is very pleasant and a most professional chiropractor!

I first contacted the practice with a complication I had with low back pain. I had to wait a while to get my first appointment but I am seriously glad that I did as Aaron has resolved the problem, After several appointments, I feel so pleased I came to this practice. Have been unsure of Chiropractors and know NHS don't promote their use. However after months of back pain and physio exercises I went and I'm so glad I did. Tom is great and I felt relief after the first visit. The plan was kept quite loose, so knew I didn't have to commit to regular sessions/payments. I've had 4 sessions over 2 months and my back is feeling much better.

First visit today. Suffering with neck, back pain stemming from tibialis posterior tendinopathy in right ankle for 18 months. Feel better already, Tom knew exactly what the problem was and set to work. After seeing Dr, podiatrist physiotherapist eventually relief. Thank you Tom, I now have light at the end of a dark tunnel.

Great service from Tom, really friendly and quickly assessed my issue. He has done some manipulation to help ease the tension in my back and I have seen results almost immediately. Would highly recommend Tom to help anyone with back issues

Both myself and my partner have been visiting Kerri for almost a year now, I couldn't recommend her more! She's so warm and welcoming, puts you at immediate ease. She talks you through absolutely everything, every step she is taking to help retune your body. She's absolutely amazing! I can't believe the difference in myself after my adjustment today. Its been 6 weeks since my last adjustment, It's so easy to just try to drum the discomfort out but my goodness! The difference in my body from this morning to this afternoon is amazing.
