In recent months my feet have needed - and they will continue to need - regular treatment and I have attended this practice from the outset. I am so pleased that I have done so. I cannot speak too highly of Jitka - she has been not only extremely proficient and efficient but also helpful and friendly whilst at all times wholly professional. My limited experience of others in the practice has been to the same effect. I thoroughly recommend it.

5* service!!! I haven’t got before photographs. But had severe warts on my right foot and it was spreading to my left foot and fingers. I got my treatment done and it took a long time about 5 months but it worked!!! It was MAGIC. The therapist was amazing and the head of the clinic was so emphatic and gave me hope.

I had been a little apprehensive about treatment but Paul put me at ease and talked me through what needed to be done. There was no discomfort during my appointment and my feet felt great when I put my shoes back on. I have booked my next appointment .

I had a phone consultation, with the lovely Jitka, who was polite and understanding of the treatment that I needed. We then booked an appointment the same week and she had my interests at heart the entire time. She thoroughly explained the treatment; healing time and the cost whilst reassuring me that I was in good hands. My treatment had little to no pain and was done with precision and meticulous care. I then had the after care done and Jitka would check up on me via phone calls to ask how I was doing, and if I needed anything, to just ask her. The treatment was a success which I’m overjoyed for, after being turned down from the NHS as they didn’t offer the service anymore. This treatment and the care she exhibits for her patients is a rarity nowadays and I’d gladly recommend anyone to go to her for needed treatment. I’ll happily go back If I need treatment. I would recommend Richard’s Podiatry wholeheartedly.

I have been going to the practice for a few months. Everytime I attend my appointments the treatment room is immaculate, new instruments are used each time for each client. You are made welcome and you feel really relaxed while the treatment is taking place. A pleasant experience every time.

I’ve just had the most wonderful podiatry treatment from Melissa. Very professional and friendly and she just couldn’t do enough for me and my very troublesome feet. Listened carefully to the problems I have and administered my treatment accordingly. Made my next appointment with Melissa as my feet feel so much better after just one treatment. Highly recommended.

Really friendly and knowledgeable. Jo has been excellent in ridding me of the fungal nail infection I'd had for many years - loads of excellent advice and treatment. Can't wait to wear for my next holiday and be able to wear flip flips to show off feet I can be proud of rather than embarrassed about.

Both myself and my son have had a number of visits to Bay Podiatry, Tamsin is very professional, friendly and actually makes the whole process enjoyable! Great value, professional with all the latest kit, would recommend putting your feet in their care!
