Wow! Had a 2hr full body massage & reflexology with incorporated MFR from Sammy yesterday. I have never floated out of anywhere like I did yesterday, I felt like a new person. As, someone who is quite self conscious about their body, I felt very safe & comfortable with Sammy. The premises are beautifully clean, very welcoming & very calming. The custom heated massage table is awesome. Sammy really listened to what I wanted out of the session & came up with a tailored massage to suit. I found her extremely knowledgeable about the different types of massages available & aromatherapy on offer. Professionalism is 10/10 without a doubt. It is no wonder that Sammy Anne's shop is the most sort after in the area & beyond. I've already booked my partner in & myself for next month. Very glad to have found this place. I would recommend Sammy & her team 100 times over to anyone who asked. Thank you Ladies! Keep up the awesome work!

Had the most relaxing treatment from Gemma today involving a mini facial and back massage. 10/10 for the service as always! Always such great value for money and you always get your full appointment allocation for your treatment, something I think is not always the case at larger spa’s from my personal experience. Would highly recommend and I will be back again and again!

I had a 1 hour aromatherapy massage with Gemma and it was wonderful. So relaxing and I’m sure I fell asleep more than once during appointment! My neck and shoulders feel less tense and far more comfortable now. I will definitely be booking in again!

Been going here twice a month for ages now, love it and can't recommend it enough! All of the therapists are amazing and have a knack for knowing exactly what you need (shout out to Parida for just being extra incredible and helping me with all the tension/stiffness that comes from a stressful desk job!). Aside from being wonderful for relaxation and just generally unwinding, I've really seen a lot of benefits with mobility / reduced pain and tightness in my hips etc, so it's a win win. Love all the little touches as well, like at the end you can relax afterwards with a little camomile tea and it just helps you stay in that bubbled before you head back into the world.

Wonderful deep tissue massage by Sue, I'm sure others are as good but Sue was great, got to all my knotty bits and had a great sense of humour too. She's happy to adjust pressure to suit. Given green tea out in reception afterwards whilst chilling. Lovely experience and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend, service is outstanding. Ladies are so kind and friendly they make you feel so welcome. Always feel so relaxed after. I recommend at least 1 hour massage or more. Favourite place to come for selfcare. Laura x.

My wife and I had a couples massage at primrose massage and beauty and we loved it. Not only were the staff friendly and professional but both our massages were top class. I had a deep tissue massage where more pressure is applied and my wife had a soothing relaxing massage, we both found them beneficial and felt they were exactly what both of us needed…….5 star treatment from a 5 star business! Excellent.

1st time customer. Had a 1 hour traditional Thai massage…Had some shoulder and back pain most probably from the gym… explained everything to the lady as well as the fact ive had a few knee operations so cant exactly twist and bend it as much…. She was brilliant, took all my concerns into consideration and I felt great after the hour. Staff are very friendly and the shop has a nice welcoming atmosphere with lovely clean rooms and facilities. I’ll definitely recommend and return again.

Visited Primrose yesterday for the first time and will definitely be back! Her friendliness, knowledge, care, advice and professionalism shone through. I was so well looked after from start to finish, and after a one hour full body massage, I felt so relaxed as all the tension areas that she expertly located during the initial stretching phase were targeted and resolved.
