Fantastic service and very friendly staff. They left me to happily choose my own glasses however told me if I needed any help to just let them know and even though I chose the cheapest ones there ( kids keep breaking mine ) they didn't try and deter my choice. Very fairly priced very happy customer.

Very impressed! Newcastle equipment I'd not experienced before, taking a 3D image of back of eye? The optometrist, was very efficient and put me at ease as she was telling me things I hadn't heard before? I've attended the optician at Tesco north shields at least since 2013, maybe before and I've never been disappointed? I'll certainly recommend vision express to anyone who asks

Very thorough examination and explained what was necessary for lens to be refined to fit frame. Costs were all explained and staff made sure you were happy with cost. All staff were so pleasant and made it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great service and friendly staff, who took the time to explain every stage of the process. The clinic was clean and the equipment modern and efficient. The eye test was thorough and the clinician explained what was happening at each stage. My session with the optician was extremely informative, I was shown the photo image of my eyes and I couldn't believe the difference in my vision when I got the correct lenses. Nicola, who assisted with fitting my frames, was helpful and didn't laugh when I tried on some bad choices! I was really impressed all round and would not hesitate to recommend this team to others.

My visit to Specsavers North Shields was a good experience considering the event that had happened to me getting there I was made to feel comfortable & was quickly seen through the different steps for my eye tests Staff were very helpful & friendly would highly recommend

A really good place to get your eyes checked out. Very friendly but very professional. Good explanations about what is going to happen, what they're looking for and the changes (or lack of them,) they spot. Good selection of frames, helpful advice and no pressure to buy the most expensive available. Would thoroughly recommend.

Always professional and welcoming. My latest visit was a routine check 12 months after I purchased the best bifocal glasses I have ever had. My prescription had changed a little but the optician was happy to leave me with my original pair. I thoroughly recommend Advanced Vision.

Great staff and experience! I needed to get a quick eyesight test appointment for my career. They got me in ASAP. Very professional and thorough appointment and gave me information about my sight I hadn’t been told by previous opticians. Will definitely be returning in the future.
