I have been here a few times for physio and sports massages, as I suffered from a knee injury after my last marathon. Jack spotted what the issue was straight away and gave me a number of exercises to do and after suffering with it for months, it is now starting to mend and I’m able to get my running back in full swing. Any issues I’d recommend going to this place. I have seen Angela as well about another issue I had with my leg and she helped me fix it straight away. Great service.

I am currently having physio with Angela who is really good. I had a massage today by Ellie. It was the best massage I have ever had. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Angela treated my knee today with the shockwave therapy. I have never experienced such a dramatic difference - I limped in with pain and walked out pain-free. The alleviation of pain is such a liberating relief.

ACTIVATE PHYSIOTHERAPY REVIEWS

After a serious break of my humerus I attended weekly physio with Tom who was so helpful. He gave me exercises and worked with me in restoring movement to my arm. His easy going and friendly personality meant that it was easy to ask questions and get the most out of the sessions. I now have full movement and am able to carry out normal day to day living. I would recommend Tom 100%. Thank you Tom.

Absolutely brilliant. First class. Never a problem that can not be solved by this team. Myself and my husband are both professionals and have used SJ and his team for Years. Superb.

Highly recommend Activate, they have treated me multiple times and are always very helpful and welcoming. Tom helped me with long term shoulder injury and enabled me to lift pain free again. Great team.

WHITE ROSE PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC REVIEWS

Ben was really diligent and ethical in his treatment of me. He could’ve just treated me, but he ensured I went elsewhere for a proper diagnosis of what he thought was wrong with my quad (full rupture of front quad). Ben advised I needed a scan, which took longer than expected to get it, but when the results came back from the scan, Ben had been absolutely spot on. I ended up with NHS physio as a result of the scan and Ben’s advice. But did come back to him for a couple of physio sessions. His approach was first class, I could fully trust Ben if I was injured again, his approach to treatment of my injury and his customer service were 5*.

Ben is a life saver! NHS physios recommended exercises that actually exacerbated my problem. Ben was able to assess me properly by physically examining and tailoring the programme accordingly, (rather than leaflet exercises). I had shockwave therapy and series of sports massage sessions, which saved me from severe pain and enabled me to remain active. I couldn't recommend him more!

Have been seen at the White Rose Clinic for over a year and have made great progress. Regular sessions increased my mobility and confidence and I am walking really well, sleeping without discomfort and I would say nearly back to normal living. Can't thank Ben at WRPC enough for giving me my life back.
