PRIMARK BOURNEMOUTH REVIEWS

This is a great store located in Bournemouth centre. There are so many different types of styles, fashion, colours catered for everyone. The prices are reasonable and the quality is very good. There are 2 floors and women's department is on ground and men, kids and household on first floor. Occasionally you can get a good bargain but you need to keep an eye out for these. There is no parking space onsite however there are parking available nearby. Customer service is amazing and great. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to get something they want or need. Thank you and have a great day.

It was different in the sense of it is well organised and easy to find what you want. Staff on hand to help which was really pleasant. Staff that I have encountered with was polite and welcoming and very helpful. Keep up the good work all and give yourselves a pat on the back. It is a stressful and hard work but you all made it look so easy. Well done to you all.

This is a very big shop with lots of clothing and very nice prices. You can try them on in situ or downstairs where the changing room is. Situated in a high street in the town centre with lots of other shops around.

Excellent customer service from very helpful sales person. To my shame I can't remember her name. Found me struggling to locate ceiling lights I liked on shelves. It was very close to closing time on Sunday but she happily said she would check. I was happy to order on line but insisted she would check for me.. Poor labelling on boxes in stock room hindered her progress each box opened and checked for me. I wanted 2. With a minute or 2 to spare back she came. All found. So delighted. All sorted . great security chap carried my boxes to the paypoint. Happy customer.

Had a wonderful experience at matalan poole last week! Mia, a very friendly retail assistant, kindly helped me select a duvet set! she took the time to get me the correct size, help me with choices and even went to the store room to check for more colours! Really positive experience! Mia is a credit to your team!

Friendly staff, great prices. I love that you can buy kids uniform here all year round. My 12 year old twins love spending their pocket money here. They always find clothes that they love. Top marks!

Great place to go for good quality clothes, the design is always bit more classier, not overly expensive, and have a huge range off women's clothes to browse through. Large and spacious shop, easy to get round. Staff are friendly, they don't hassle you when browsing. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Was looking for 2 more pairs of trousers the same as my son already has. Went in and asked a young girl on the till. Not a problem, took me straight to them . Asked if I needed help with sizing etc. Brilliant. After reading reviews I was rather dubious but really glad I went in. Excellent service. Smiley, happy, approachable. Could not ask for any more.

I went into the store on busy Sunday, was standing in a long queue and the ladies before me had massive bags with returns but Once it was my turn, Patrycja greeted me with a big smile and such a nice service that it was worth waiting!!! Lovely lady and an asset to your store
