Amazing service from sirin helped me to build the perfect bracelet for my daughter as she’s extremely happy with it. Highly recommend it the service was excellent will definitely come back soon for another Christmas shopping

Great experience. Sen was really helpful with outstanding service, she helped me find some earrings for a christmas present and she told me about the necklace and earring set which was such a great deal! Will definitely go back if Sen is there to help me.

Went into the Bournemouth store to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size. The lovely shop assistant, who I think was a trainee was ever so kind and helpful, along with Rose who helped give us advice. A great experience, thank you. I’m delighted with my bracelet.

I would 100% recommend this jewellers! They sort both my wife’s engagement and wedding rings as well as a few other things I needed! Carry was amazing and understood every I needed and kept in contact with us about the rings. The other staff are just as great, when you are in there they make you feel at home!

Had a really good experience in Michael Mathews Jewellery, exchanged a watch that they gave a very fair price for and brought a watch that was a great price. These guys are very welcoming and really take time to help you with your purchase. I would 100% recommend them whether buying or selling and look forward to using them in the future.

Top notch customer service. Purchased a lovely new watch today and nothing was too much trouble. My wife had her jewellery cleaned at the same time and they gave us some good professional advice.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Charles Fox Jewellers several times over the years. Every time, I have been greeted with an enthusiastic and very professional team. Through Charles Fox I have been fortunate to have purchased my favourite timepieces. Wonderful service and highly recommended.

Excellent service from the staff. Only visited to have a recently purchased Tag Heuer watch strap altered. Staff took time and patience . Obviously I had to pay for this and the cost was more than I would expect but my watch supplier covered this cost. Would definitely look to C Fox for a future purchase.
