5 stars+. went there with my son. a lovely little ''girl'', skinny, blond hair, (unfortunatly don't know her name), but anyway she done everything that she could, her dedication, her patience with my son was over the limits. normally I'm not writting reviews, but she definetly needs to be mentioned ... really happy with the service. 100% we will be back for our next purchase.

Schuh Bournemouth are excellent. Staff have been there for some time and are always pleasant. Very easy to do business with. On time deliveries. Excellent Company.

We were helped by a very lovely staff member named Imogen, the customer service was great and we got exactly what we were looking for!

Excellent service. We were seen quickly, staff were polite, knowledgeable and efficient, store was clean and well organised. Special thanks to Hannah C and Mandy B at the castelpoint store, Bournemouth. Hannah was very attentive and friendly.

It was a great experience, and the team is so helpful, especially Hannah, she helped us out couple of times with having my daughter’s feet measured and she was very kind and patient with her, we enjoyed our time there.

Mandy was great, really patient with finding school shoes for our four children. She was very knowledgeable about what we needed and was good at encouraging our reluctant teens! Thank you!

I’m from London and visited House of Heels while on a mini holiday break. Paul was so kind and friendly he made sure the shoes fit well and were comfortable. The shop is lovely, with a beautiful selection of shoes. Highly recommend! If I’m back in the area again, I’ll definitely pop in! I’m so happy with my trainer shoes trendy and smart. The cutest shoe shop offering really nice quality shoe & decorative items. Over the years I have shopped here regularly, buying for myself & also small gifts for various friends & family. You can tell that the owner takes enormous pride in her shop, displays & customer engagement. I thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous shoes and accessories. Jo & Paul makes buying from their shop in Westbourne an enjoyable experience. They are both knowledgeable about the merchandise and make you feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble even if you decide not to purchase. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who hasn't shopped in House of Heels before.
