Needing a new single bed we approached Bensons and were impressed by the range available, and the prices. The staff were most attentive and we were pleased to give an order. We were quoted a 4 week delivery date and were pleased to find that the date was completely correct. We received several emails in the interim explaining the delivery procedure etc, and on the day were given a phone call some 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery team were very pleasant and helpful, and the bed proved to be exactly what we needed. I would be very happy to use Bensons services again.

The staff listened to my needs and advised appropriately. The delivery was organised and executed smoothly within all advised time windows. The delivery men were friendly, helpful, efficient and careful. Overall a great experience.

King size mattress delivered with care and skill to bedroom. No problem dealing with twists and turns and other furniture. Arrived when they said they would so no hanging around for hours.

Absolutely incredible service, really friendly staff and wonderful beds! Siobhan was really helpful, very polite and very professional. She helped us choose a bed according to our budget and results from the sleep station. The deals were great and they also did an amazing military discount with a valid defense discount card. Will always buy my beds and bedding from here in the future and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Today we purchased a bed from the Dreams store at Mallard Retail Park in Bournemouth. Sarah, the Sleep Expert that we spoke to, made our purchase decisions very easy as she was very friendly and informative. We had looked at a bed online but needed to visit the store in order to examine it close up. This gave us the option of asking Sarah lots of questions about the features, pricing and delivery options. She was only too happy to help, and assisted us in making our purchase. We were very impressed by how well the beds were displayed in a clean and well laid out store. The other staff there were also very friendly and we were even offered coffee. How spoilt was that! We now look forward to our bed being delivered in just a few days time. Well done Dreams Bournemouth! Mr & Mrs Cave.

Sales person was amazing. Approached on entry but no annoying hard sell. Sales person was knowledgeable and didn't have to go off to "find out" any information. There is a bed store next door which we did venture into just to compare but there was no comparison especially in regard to knowledge and actually being interested in the customer. 10 out of 10.
