Today my granddaughter came in to buy her sons my great grandsons some trainers she was looked after by a young man called Ricardo, he was so smiley and caring and overall a lovely young man. He left such an impression on her she really wanted him to receive the praise her deserved for having such fantastic customer services skills and helping her out so much. He was just lovely and I'm so thankful she recieved that sort of service.

I went in there this afternoon and immediately a young man said if I needed help to just ask, which I did. He knew exactly what I was looking for, requested my size. Within minutes they had arrived and another young man called Connor, was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, chatty. Best service I've had in any shop in the UK. They are patient and thorough in explaining the options (often about which boots to choose in my case) and ensure you have all the time you need. The returns policy is typically very fair and reasonable when it comes to damaged items, even after extended periods. I also like the fact that they offer an easy scheme to recycle all outdoor gear you no longer have a use for, and a repair service to give worn stuff a new lease of life. Great planet-friendly approach!

Good range of quality clothing, shoes and accessories needed for the great outdoors. Well trained knowledgeable staff who give proper personalised service so you get the right equipment and clothing for your needs. Plenty of free parking too.

Great shopping experience: good variety of leading brands. But just as important I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a pair of walking shoes and Kian was most helpful.
