This shop is massive. It was not very busy when we went although there was a que at the pay station on the ground floor so we took the escalator up to the first floor where there were two tills open and no que, we were able to get served straight away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, store is clean and well laid out. Finding the entrance was not easy as there are entrances outside of the shopping mall but these were all closed due to Covid restrictions so you had to go inside the mall to the main entrance but that was our lack of knowledge of the area that had us walking round in circles.

We visited Primark Lancaster today to have a look around. My daughter found an item she liked and asked a lady if they had more. She put the item down and didn't come back. We then found a lovely person called Ruby that worked at the store. She went above and beyond to help us find the item in a different size. She even called in her manager to help. Ruby was very professional and couldn't help us enough all done with a smile on her face.

Wow Probably the best outside Manchester, with usually all catering for the women stuff but phenomenal place for mens department for a change with a massive selection of mens clothes for a change.
