The O2 shop in Barrow closed down some time ago. I needed F2F help with returning a new phone I’d purchased online. I decided to keep my iPhone 13. I’ve just received an email from O2 saying my new SIM and packaging for the return of the new phone have been sent. First class service from the young man who helped me. Thank you.

Recently signed to o2, my phone wouldn't allow me to make or receive calls. The man in the lancaster store,( forgive me I can't remember your name) was amazing. Knowledgeable, and fantastic customer service. High 5 for you pal.

Fantastic service from Kadan when I arrived to renew my O2 contract. Excellent customer service; he explained all options clearly and the process was very efficient. Many thanks.

Fabulous deal on Broadband. The assistant manager was very patient, helpful and friendly and I came away with a Broadband deal I couldn't refuse!

Above and beyond service! I went in at the end of a Thursday just before they closed (I didn’t realise). They stayed open late for me to confirm things for my new sim contract with the EE office people and didn’t close until everything was sorted for me. Friendly staff and very helpful.
