Fantastic advice and service. We needed a new bed, for a rental house, but were working to a very short timeframe. I popped into QP furniture on the basis of other reviews and was so glad I did. Great advice, sensible prices, good quality furniture and excellent service. The new bed was delivered and installed less than 48 hours later. Very pleased to have met and be able to support this family run business (Lewis, Tracey and Andrew) and will definitely use them again.

I have been a customer of Tracey and Andrew for as long as I can remember, buying furniture from them for my own house but mainly for rented properties around Lancaster. They offer such a good level of service, selling great prodicts at really competitive prices. I think as importantly though, they are just lovely people who you can trust. I couldn't recommend Quality Plus highly enough........just EXCELLENT.

Very good service! Went there to buy a sofa for my unfurnished house and got a good price for mine. Bought it on Saturday and they had it delivered to me Monday morning. Would recommend buying furniture from here.

First time visiting MJ Bird and Son. Had ordered some bedroom furniture from Oakworld, an Internet based company. The furniture arrived and the quality was shocking as we're the assembly instructions. We decided to send back and visit MJ Birds as five minutes down the road. First time, larger premises than what we thought, large choice covering every taste. Extremely helpful and friendly sales staff. We kicked ourselves for not coming here first as superior quality with many of the items already in stocks and at what we considered a great price, assembly was also offered at a small fee which we jumped at. Ordered on Sunday and put up on Tuesday! The two lads who delivered and assembled were polite, professional and advised on shelf configuration. We purchased a bedroom wardrobe and a mirror and would definitely recommend and visit again.

We have always bought our furniture here. The sales team are friendly and knowledgable and the delivery team are punctual, polite and work hard. We recently bought a huge wardrobe which needed assembling in a very tight space. The guys came on time, assembled the wardrobe with no fuss and left the room neat and tidy, taking away all the packing materials. Another great job completed. Thank you.

The staff are helpful and patient. I was encouraged to go along with my Knitting and take time to try out different chairs to ensure that I chose the correct one for me. Great service and an excellent range.

Great service. Looked into some Wiemann wardrobe products and went to my local stockist. Friendly staff and a good price. Offered free delivery or collection which worked great for me. Would recommend.

Really helpful staff with a good selection of the things I want to buy. Reasonably priced and I found delivery extremely good. Lovely delivery guys. And what's even better there was no flat pack! Recommended.
