Lancaster Bed Company. Visited this bed shop following a dire service from a manager at a Morecambe town centre bed store. This was an altogether completely different experience and an absolutely straight forward & pleasant transaction. Great service from Mark the manager who provided an honest critique of the beds on offer and value for money. Delivery earlier than anticipated and the delivery guys were very accommodating with a request we made regarding delivering our old bed to our son. No hesitation going out of their way to help us. If you want a great bed to meet your needs and a brilliant before & after service look no further. A1.

We found the customer service so helpful, patiently taking time to encourage us to test and try various options and to consider what would best suit us. Delivery arrangements were excellent and weare delighted with our purchase. Many thanks, guys; so appreciated.

Mark was really knowledgeable and helpful. Very clearly explained the differences between the different options as we tried half the mattresses in the shop! Cut through the jargon and the marketing and helped us make an informed decision.

Went into the store to look at and hopefully buy new pillows. Really lovely staff (alas I didn't take any names), the younger of whom gave me a number of options and left me to try some out, which I did, at length. Purchased 3 and both ladies were keen to help me get them home :- I have a disabled left arm and don't drive. Absolutely top class, knowledgeable service for which I am hugely grateful.

We had a great experience at Dreams Lancaster. We were greeted at the door by the lovely Chris who helped us with everything we needed - he got us a good deal, perfect bed and mattress and helped us select the right pillows too. He was really friendly and approachable and I’d definitely shop with Chris again. Thanks so much.

Just a big thank you. While waiting for breakdown vehicle to sort my car, a lovey lady from your shop came out with two glasses of cool water for us. A very lovely thought and much appreciated. Thank you.

Outstanding service from Tara especially. Extremely attentive, we weren’t rushed. No detail left unexplained. This was a difficult purchase due to personal circumstances, Tara was respectful of the situation and actually eased the purchases. I live in Giggleswick be Settle, and I made the best decision ever to go to this store that day. I even called back after I arrived home and bought myself a bed over the phone purely because of Tara! Thank you.

Went to look for a new mattress. As a disabled person I needed a firmer more supportive mattress! The members of staff that helped me were really helpful and informative! Giving me information about a mattress that suits me and my needs! I got my bed from there about 10 years ago so just knew I was in good hands.

The whole experience we received was excellent Tara (I hope I have got her name right) was brilliant so helpful.
