This is a beautiful Primani. The layout is clean and everything is easy to find. I had to really look twice to make sure, I was in Primark. They have a beauty shop here and other shop in shops concept, such as Greggs on the top floor. Really liked this store and will come again and again.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Regent Street store! I needed help with styling/wearing my trench properly and Johnny was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of useful suggestions and I´m just so in awe about the level of customer service and genuine interest (or if it wasn´t then he has a good customer service poker face!) and attention I was given. It put a smile on my face for the rest of the day! Thank you very much again :)

Had an amazing experience this summer. Tried on a lot of different items wasn’t sure what I wanted to bring back as a souvenir! The gentleman helping me was amazing and brought me several sizes with no irritation! I appreciated the great customer service and being sat down while checking out and offered coffee! Will be back next time I’m in London!

What a great store me and my partner have been twice this year and we were well looked after . We were even given champagne as we were buying. Would highly recommend ????.

Fantastic store with a fab range of coats at extremely reasonable prices. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Even on a very buzy day there is always someone there to help you. Love the materials they use. The store layout is thoughtfully designed, with clearly labelled sections and sizes, making shopping straightforward and enjoyable. Despite its location in one of the busiest shopping areas, the store maintains a neat and tidy appearance. The staff are courteous and attentive, readily available to assist with any queries or concerns. The fitting rooms are well maintained and provide a comfortable space to try on selections.

We went and visited uniqlo last week half-term, and we're lucky cos they have some sale item. That's why we buy some clothing and this place is huge and big choices of clothing for women, men and children. Very nice and neat shop and easy to pay as self-service so you don't need to Que up to pay.

Absolutely brilliant service! The staff here are top-notch, always friendly, helpful, and efficient. One of them even came back to check on if I found the exact item or not. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.
