I recently had the most wonderful experience. thanks to the exceptional service provided by Christa Bella ( not sure about exact name, she is working women cloths section). Christa greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my visit. Not only was she incredibly helpful and polite, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed. When the item I wanted was out of stock in-store, Christa quickly assisted me in placing an online order for it to be delivered the next day. As I was completing the online process, she surprised me by returning with the exact size I needed. Her passion for customer service truly shines through, and I couldn't be more grateful for her dedication. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly made my day. I can't thank her enough for the outstanding service she provided. I highly recommend Christa Bella to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

No doubt why this shop is very popular, mainly amongst youngsters, is very appealing, nice, clean, vibrant. And is not only for young people they have womens, mens and children items as well. Like all this kind of shoe shops is very busy, but the employees are very dynamic and they have a good system to bring your shoes fairly quick. They have a device that they scan on the shoe and let you know immediately is they have it in stock or if they have your size or not Amazing! I always see people queing and it's because they have a very good selection of shoes and merchandise that is well display. My new option for buying sneakers and trainers. So far so good.

Good shop very helpful employees I’d recommend to all. Gets pretty busy so watch out for that but like I’m saying a good overall experience. They have a nice selection of shoes too though some of the name brands can be pretty pricey. But I must emphasize the service is excellent so why not pay a visit son.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Jean at the bike service department. Recently, I brought in both of my daughters’ bikes for a chain replacement. Despite a busy schedule and the service being appointment-based, Jean kindly accommodated us. Jean’s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that the chains were replaced on both bikes promptly was truly impressive. His dedication to customer service and professionalism made a significant difference, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you, Jean, for your outstanding service and for making our experience at Decathlon a pleasant one.

I recently had my bike serviced and I must say I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Jean and Adem were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my bike. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be returning for any future bike servicing needs. Highly recommend!

Jose is the absolute best tennis stringer. Super welcoming and friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. You know that you’re in good hands when you share the same stringer as Nick Kyrgios. Incredible turn around speed managed to get it back the same day. Truly next level service. Will be going back time and time again.

I'm not a New Balance customer ..not because I don't like it just because it is not my thing. We had a try and visit one of the stores,the one from Oxford Street.My fiancee and I was looking at some women's trainers and in the mean time we've been lucky to be approached by one of the staff wich had a proffesional approach without "suffocating " us or insisting !! We've been impressed by his attitude and the way that he presented the products and all the descriptions !!! In the end we brought three pairs of trainers wich is not usually our thing to do but because of DELROY we did it !!! Thank you Delroy for your profesionalism attitude and making our day !!!

Hi I went the store today and had a very good experience, I was greeted by Mainsh . We spoke about running shoes he carried out a foot analysis. The software is very good. Manish then recorded and watched me run and confined all the information with the years of research I have done with running for and shoes . His knowledge and experience is phenomenal. I was very lucky to have met and wanted to say thank you . Good luck.

Visited the Store Today. I got my New Pairs of 1906r from "Queen Of Tears" Korean Drama that i Love to watch, The store has really nice ambiance in it. Shoes are a little Pricey but you pay for the Quality and what you see is what you get. Thanks Anthony for the Assistamce.
