I ordered birthday flowers for a friend from Debbie Western Flowers and I was extremely happy with both the customer service and the product. The online ordering process was straightforward, when I requested a delivery date change by email I received a prompt reply acknowledging the change, and the flowers were delivered as per the amended date. Tammi was fantastic - her communication was excellent, she was really accommodating and able to suggest something to fit my budget, making the whole experience really easy. The flowers arrived and my goodness they are gorgeous! The table decorations look beautiful and fresh and fit the theme perfectly. The bouquet is beyond expectations - I asked for bright and colourful and what I received is the most beautiful, happy looking bouquet ever.
