Visited the store for the first time last week to purchase some bits for my cat. Good size store. Great variety of toys, although I did expect there to be a lot more different food brands. Staff had good knowledge of the products and services. Nice experience overall, although a shame they have stopped doing NHS discount.

Went to this store earlier today to get guinea pigs. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very happy to help. Helped us get all the equipment and teach us how to look after them. Excellent experience, thanks again!

A good all round pets supply shop with reasonably priced stock. This saves me a journey to Crewes Hill which i used to do. Its also far cheaper than my local pet shop.

Every time I’ve visited the shop all the staff were so helpful. Such a good and large selection of things for all animals. I have lots of different kinds of pets and I HIGHLY recommend this place over anywhere else, for price, quality, knowledge, service. All live animals are healthy and thriving. Thank you!

Bought 4 fishes with no silly questions asked.....not like pets-at-home. Been 1 week now my fishes are healthy and happy. Staffs are professional and helpful.

Such a fiendly shop, parking around the back, and 2 lovely pet rats with houes and trimmings and food. Very good and happy.

My partner, our friends, and I visited your shop this past weekend to find some treats and a toy for our cat. We were so impressed with the wonderful selection of items you offer, and the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed seeing all the cute dogs in the store! It was a truly delightful experience.

Aw this is such a gorgeous shop! I popped in because I was in the area for the theatre and the staff were really friendly and asked lovely questions about my dog. Very well laid out with a massive range so despite only intending to browse I bought loads of things! They do grooming too and I saw some dogs coming up with very fresh trims.

Amazing shop for all things pet needs and dog grooming. My puppy loves it there. Bow Wow is the only place I trust to leave my dog for her monthly groom. They've never been short of outstanding. Keep up the fantastic work.
