We visited the showroom and were pleased with the service we received as well as a hot drink which was a bonus. We had all our questions answered and were able to take away fabric swatches, chose the bed we wanted to buy and had a helpful video call to ascertain if we could order the bed we had in mind but we didn’t have the staircase height to order that one so we went with the standard king size. It was easy enough to put the order through the website and subsequent email communication was clear and prompt. We didn’t have a long wait for our bed to be made and it was delivered yesterday by two very helpful delivery men who work only for Button ‘ Sprung, there was a bit of worry about getting the bed parts up our staircase but it wasn’t an issue. We were advised which tension spring would work best with our mattress, he was very knowledgeable and even gave us tips on how best to clean our headboard. Left me with one bed sock as he was leaving and said I would receive so the other one after my review which I thought was a clever way to get reviews! We’re happy with our lovely bed.

This is a great showroom, lots of beds on display, all of the fabric samples are neatly laid out and available to take away. Found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy in any way, happy to let you look around by yourself (unlike some of their competitors, who were the opposite!) Haven’t purchased a bed yet, but fully intend to place an order soon.

We found B&S via a web search and then a showroom visit. Really enjoyed the whole process of consultation, buying and delivery of our new Ottoman bed. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new bed. Good specialist knowledge and a great range of beds.

One of the best dreams stores to visit, upstairs which has a clearance department and downstairs for new beds, staff are really welcoming and offer a great service. Imran was amazing to help me select the perfect mattress for me. Massive thanks to him.
