Great selection of almost everything you could possibly want under one roof. Lots of good discounted things on offer too! Friendly staff who are always willing to help only issue is, it does get really busy but to me, that must be a good thing if everyone wants to be their so there does tend to be waiting times at the till when paying other than that.. great place to shop.

This is my first time to buy clothes in a Primark shop, tbh it is amazing and their clothes like jumpers, trousers,dresses and tops are very affordable. I am really happy and pleased with the quality as well. I am sure it is worth visiting the shop. I am sure I will start shopping at Primark from now on.

Great, pricing and quality, choice of sandals and sliders much better than other stores twice the price. Holiday swimwear lovely.

Love shopping here. They have such a great choice. They clothes are lovely for women, men and children i have been buying loads and every time i go they have more new items. The home section is lovely and you can always find lovely little extra item which you could give for birthdays etc even just for yourself. The prices are reasonable not too expensive at all and the quality is better than a lot of high end places and they also last longer and fit better. Will definitely be going back.

Visited the Bilston store this morning to buy, exchange and pick up and collect another item. We were served by Resham who was so polite, happy and really friendly. I thought it was going to be a difficult transaction but she was brilliant. Possibly one of the nicest staff member I’ve ever been served by and I use this store a lot. Look after her, she is certainly one to keep.

A spacious store with a wide range of items. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is on ground level and suitable for wheelchair users. Free carpark at the store. A good place to shop at reasonable prices.

I personally never shopped in H and M because l had a perception that they are over priced... Now its my favourite place to buy. Reasonably priced clothing both for men and women plus homeware. I definitely recommend and l will be back to buy pieces for my summer wadrobe soon. Staff were very keen to help and assisted me with membership card. I received a 10% discount code immediately and ised it during my purchase. This was all for free and all you need to do is sign up. It takes a minute...

Great selection of fashionable clothing, well priced and quality materials. Personally I found this overall better value than a more popular fashionable clothing retailer which is more competetively 'P'riced. Good to see a member of staff on the door monitoring number of customers in store and then preventing more entering in this pandemic.

Very helpful staff … Nice experience every Time, and we always find what my daughters looking for.
