Thankyou to Sales Assistant Gordon for making my shopping experience enjoyable .My sister and I were wellcomed to the store with a friendly smile asked if he could assist us with any information to just ask .He listened to my request and advised I try the Super match to find the right mattress for me .He explained everything that was happening and how the device was scanning by body to find the right mattress comfort .Once my results were ready I was shown a variety of mattresses to suit me and with the aid of a pillow was able to find the right mattress .I did not feel pressured in any way in fact Gordon was very patient with me .I needed to try the mattresses to suit my sleep pattern .Once a choice was made we were taken to the desk where we were offered a hot drink while Gordon went through all the order and delivery details .Thankyou to Dreams .

Fantastic service at Dreams Wolverhampton! Gordon assisted us with finding our perfect bed were knowledgeable and considerate to our requests. Both he and his colleague were happy to spend as much time with us as we needed to find our perfect fit and even offered us a cup of tea while we made our decisions! Me and my mom went to Dreams today looking for new mattresses. Ryan greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We did the computerised thing and Ryan took us through our various options. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He didn't push us into any decisions, he guided us through our choices and answered any questions we had. We went into Greens today, to look for a new mattress, the choice was amazing,the service and prices were second to non. We ended up buying a new headboard as well and taking them home,straight away. Excellent customer service. Mr Green and his wife we're both amazing. Highly recommend you go to Greens bed centre first. You won't need to go anywhere else. I bought the hardest mattress that i could find for my back pain and Greens Bed Centre was the only place in Wolverhampton that had one. They cater for all budgets.

Brought a bed from Geens Bed Centre found there service excellent. They delivered the bed set it up took the old bed and mattress away. Would highly recommend this company.
