Very friendly staff at Wolverhampton store . The store was clean and tidy and the lady that served me was pleasant friendly and polite also very knowledgeable well done.

Had a great experience buying a ring today. Chantelle provided an excellent service today. She knew a lot about the range of rings and how to mix and match them. She gave great instructions on how to look after the jewellery and she had a lot of information about the 2 year warranty. Overall, we had a great experience in store thanks to Chantelle.

Fantastic experience with Rudell’s Wolverhampton. Glenn provided great advice and customer service during our visit and is very knowledgeable about products. I had to keep getting my watch adjusted - nothing was too much trouble; showing patience and valuing our custom. The hospitality was excellent, our kids also loved the experience and staff made them feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this store to others with its vast range and more importantly great service!

I have brought a couple watches from Rudells Wolverhampton over the last couple of years. I cannot recommend them enough!. They are utterly professional, very knowledgeable and for me the standout individual has got to be Rebecca.
