3 Best Mobile Phone Shops in Wolverhampton, UK

I went with a disabled friend into the O2 shop in Wolverhampton this afternoon, and the assistant called Dan went the extra mile to assist my friend in getting a new phone and setting it up for him. Dan was so helpful and understanding of my friend's difficulties and put his mind at rest. Thank you Dan.

Shop looks very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. A queue was forming as they were busy but there was nice music in the back ground and someone was avaliable to answer simple Questions to avoid you waiting in the Queue unnecessarily I needed a sim adaptor staff were able to provide me with one.

Very nice personal helped with me, I felt like they had my back with my phone, esu, and sorted out my problems.

Ive not been into a mobile store where all the sales staff are smiling and genuinely willing to help, even with a less than simple sim card enquiry on a hot day for a long while. No sense of interrupting a conversation or wasting the sales persons time. OMG Nope not even close. 3 Wolverhampton you were by far a breath of fresh air. A totally awesome team of people, I'd be comfortable to pop in and buy from any day if service is as good as we saw. Darren is a superstar. He helped me sort out a new phone and a small reduction in cost as well as setting the phone up and answering every stupid question i had. I hope management are aware of how much he is an asset to their business
