PRIMARK YORK REVIEWS

A small Primark compared to many others but it has a really good range of products, well displayed and very clean and tidy. As with all Primark there is a constant turnover of stock so if you like something, don’t delay just buy it today as it may not be there tomorrow! The staff in this store are always polite and helpful. I asked a staff member if a particular cardigan was available in another size and she went off to check newly delivered stock - this does not always happen in other High Street stores.

This place is tidy for a primark it doesn't look like a jumble sale like most do, so you can find what you want much easier.

I haven't visited this Primark before. It was busy and had a good selection. I particularly liked the range of trainers. The assistants at the till were efficient and polite.

I bought quite a few items of clothing and footware for my holiday, only after I'd paid on my card did I realise I had left my 20% off coupon in my bag. I asked the lady on the till, I believe her name was Sarah, if I could still have it applied, she said I could. It took a bit of doing but she was happy to do it and was very efficient. I wasn't made to feel guilty for taking up more time and I was very grateful for her patience. As usual, a very positive shopping experience at Matalan York.

This shop is local to me, so it is useful to pop into. It's nice and clean, and the staff on checkout are helpful as not everyone likes self-service. It has been at this location for many years and I hope many more to come.

A clothing store with a range of different items in different sizes. For mper things you're better off shopping online and staff can sometimes be standoffish and immature. But handy to be able to pop in and return items and stuff. Convenient and useful but wouldn't choose to come into the shop unless i really have to.

They always have super friendly staff, and the shop is huge and very open. The changing rooms are big too and they have a disabled friendly changing room which is amazing.

Great range of clothes & shoes. Nice little home range too. Large shop & well laid out. Friendly staff. Bought some cute summery dresses for my daughter.
