Throughout the many years that Bike Rescue has been operating, the ethos has remained the same. All these guys who work here are passionate and enthusiastic, wanting to save the customer money, if possible and do on the spot repairs.They support local charities and recently Mason, Bradley ( who is the boss) and support team recently did coast to coast on a tandem to raise money for Menfulness. Today it was Brads birthday so I missed him but his team Luke, Mason and Leo sorted my back mudguard out, which was tricky. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Bike Rescue.

My daughter purchased a bike for Uni this morning to get around York. Excellent service and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were easy to talk to and allowed you the time to look around to find a bike that suited you and your budget. They even put a package together for my daughter and gave her discount on her helmet, lights and bike lock. Fantastic shopping experience all round.

There is lots of bikes to chose from, from balance bikes all the way to adult bikes. As well as accessories. The service was exceptional, thank you lads for helping us with my granddaughter first bike. I would highly recommend.

No pushy sales pitches or over selling of products, just a desire to find us the right bikes and accessories. Especially important to me as a very tall guy. The Cyclist Café Bar Within Cycle Heaven Serves The Best Bacon And Mushroom Ciabatta Around (Other Butties Are Available) The Coffee Is Grand And Overall The Service Is Fantastisch. The Cycle Shop Is Among The Best Stocked And Equipped I Have Seen And The Cycle Mechanics Know Their Onions! 10/10 Boarderline 11.

Popped in as our son is doing work experience here this week. Had a coffee and a bite to eat. The lady serving was lovely, food was absolutely fantastic and the place is immaculate. Highly recommended.

Just collected our new mountain bikes from here . Drove from Birmingham simply because the guys (and Claire) are so helpful ,informative and have taken they tine to ensure we have the best experience as newbies to biking .. top class staff and wonderful service Thank you all so much.

Collected my new Giant Tough Road SLR2 on Saturday and the team were very thorough and helpful at handover. Been out with the bike a couple of times since then and it has been superb. Even better to receive a call from the store today to see how I was getting on with the bike and if I had any issues etc. Great service, highly recommend.

I have taken my bike to Giant for repairs and a service several times now. They do a fantastic job. They aren't cheap but they are a perfect example of you get what you pay for. Each time it's like cycling away on a new bike, well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone.
