Really lovely staff and knowledgeable. Went in for a harness and lead for our dog that is an escape artist. They kept her calm and found her the right harness. Also able to advise me on a few other queries. Reasonable price. We will be going back and would recommend to anyone.

We love it here... always extremely friendly and helpful! Both our old dog and pup love joining us... our pup loves the attention she gets... and the old boy loves choosing his own treats to take home.

Best pet shop, lots of variety of stock, knowledgeable staff and goid prices. Far, far better than any supermarket for your pet's food, treats, toys etc.

Went in to get some essentials for my cat , having never shopped at pets at home. At the checkout Adam introduced me to the pets at home app and reward scheme , showing me the offers I could get to save a money on my shop. This was really helpful and he was patient allowing me to download the app and showing me how it works. I will definitely be returning to the store.

Very helpful staff. Helped to decide what treats to get for my tiny monster of a dog. And lots of selection on toys for dogs and cats. Previously bought Hampsters and Guinea pigs from this shop and the service and care was amazing. Staff is knowledgeable and knows all about pets. Would visit again.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always willing to give advice on the phone and in store. We got our fish from here and some of our decorations. Would recommend

Very happy with the service we received today. We went to purchase a vivarium for a Snake and the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to and helped us with everything we will need for our new noodle to live a happy life. Will definitely be back regularly.

I called in for nail clipping for my Alaskan malamute and I could not have asked for a better service. This is a business who cares about it's customers and their furry friends. Thank you Acomb pets.
