An excellent showroom with a huge range of stock on display. We bought a sofa and a chair and had it delivered two days later by the store’s own delivery team. The service from start to finish was excellent and reminded me of when high street retailers were always this efficient and friendly. The quality of the products and customer service have been matched by the exemplary delivery team who provided a first class service. Well done Rodgers!

Purchased carpets from Roger’s - easy smooth experience . We booked an appointment for someone to measure , we left with a good amount of samples , the gentleman who measured was absolutely lovely ..the staff at Roger’s were all very helpful ..The fitters were very professional and only needed my assistance when they were leaving to help unlock the front door . Highly recommend Roger’s carpets professional , knowledgeable and reasonable . Thank you we will be returning soon to finalise our stair carpet

Went in with my husband yesterday. Was served by Victor who was super helpful, friendly, and polite. Not pushy at all. Had a coffee while we discussed what we wanted and got a great deal on the two sofas we wanted. Can’t wait for them to arrive now. Thank you Victor for being so lovelyWe cannot recommend Steve Tarran enough at the Clifton Moor store, he really knows how to be a salesman, delivering all the information we needed but also reading when we wanted time alone to decide and look around. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. Thanks so much!

We received excellent service from Victor at the York branch, he explained everything and didn't rush the sale, making it a very pleasurable buying experience. My father used to be the shop floor manager at Co-Op furniture and would have had Victor on his team like a shot. Looking forward to our next purchase!

Excellent experience here, Steve garnett was super helpful and not pushy with sales which was the reason we left the previous shop. Helped us with delivery dates, all our questions were answered and felt so comfortable the whole time.

I'm a huge fan of this fabulous shop. The products are so well displayed in beautiful room settings. It's great for inspiration and has a good mix of products to order and take away. The range changes seasonally and it's well worth a trip.

Warm welcome reception. Quiet, but lovely layouts of different rooms: bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining and living rooms demonstrating furniture, decor and colour ideas. Tasteful.

My favourite kitchen and home furnishings shop. However, you probably need a second mortgage to buy their high quality items. If you have money, definitely a place to go.
